Today is the last day of the Light Grey Art Lab's Great Personality Exhibition! And here’s the second piece I created for the show - a night life street scene.
All though the show is closing, you can still check out the Guardians game that uses all the characters and locations created for the project.
Wish I had been able to see the gallery show in person, but I already feel so lucky to have created and displayed work alongside so many other wonderfully talented artists. Until next time, LGAL!
For those of you itching for the warm air, bright blooms, and sunshine of springtime, here are a set of Easter cards I worked on for American Greetings, now available in Target! I can’t get over how cute they are, with their little faces peeking through the eggs. Technically, they’re for kids, but most of them could really be sent to just about anyone.
Finally get to share the work I did for Light Grey Art Lab’s most recent show Great Personality! This is one of the locations I created - a cozy, eclectic tea bar.
To see more locations, check out the environments online gallery!
And here you can find more information about the game, links to all of the collections of artwork and information, extra scenes, the trailer, etc.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be included among so many other talented artists. What a fun project!
I was so excited to be invited to create two pieces for Light Grey Art Lab's upcoming exhibition, Great Personality! The show explores “love, attraction, dating and personality. An awesome group of artists came together to create an amazing set of characters, locations, and personalities.” The work created by this plethora of talented artists culminates in a series of narrative fiction games, which will be playable at the opening. So fun!
I was charged with illustrating two of the locations, which will be used as backgrounds for the game. Here’s a sneak peek detail of one of my pieces - a cozy, eclectic tea bar.
The opening reception is January 24th!
